Wasn't really sure what to expect. I've been donating the Goodwill for 20 plus years, but this is actually the first time I've stepped into a store, and it was my daughter who wanted to go. The one thing I will say about this store is that it is immaculately clean. It gave the appearance as if you could have eaten off of the floors. The stock for the girls was a little bit bizarre. We didn't find one thing that would have even remotely been something we would have bought. However, we ended up spending about $15 on PEZ, new bath, and coin machine items in the small new retail area up at the front. Gentlemen at checkout was very nice and professional, and was very helpful to get coins so that my daughter could get some things from the coin-op. I definitely have a feeling that my experience could definitely vary regarding clothes as I am sure things are arriving and flying out of there at a pretty rapid clip. It just seems like if you really want a good quality second hand store for children's clothes, Kid-2-Kid in Keller beats their stock pretty easily. We will be back..... Probably. Maybe in a year or two... Who knows....

Goodwill’s mission is to serve the community, but current pricing tells a different story. The same community donates these items for free, then comes back to shop and finds prices at—or above—retail. That’s not support; that’s exploitation of donated goods. People are now calling it “Badwill,” and it’s easy to see why. A 501(c)(3) organization is expected to keep goods accessible and act in the public’s interest—not operate like a profit-driven reseller. If Goodwill wants to maintain trust and justify its tax-exempt status, it needs to realign with its mission immediately. Reduce your prices. You are not helping the community anymore. #goodwill #trending #community

Came in to browse. Store was easy to park and wasn’t especially busy. It was clean and smelled fresh. It wasn’t packed with items and definitely had been pretty picked over. I normally always find something of interest but today was a fail. Maybe because it’s spring time and people are out enjoying the weather instead. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Just wish there was more to search through.
