- AAArianaMar 12, 20254.0The convenience of drop-off here is nice. I appreciate that the table right at the front is always ready for donations. The only con: the place frequently closes 5-10 minutes early. I understand needing to close early occassionally, but it has been most times I have come by. I try to come drop stuff off after work sometimes, and I usually make it here around 4:50-4:55. I know that is close to closing, but it's when I can make it due to work hours. When I get here, it is often already locked and closed.

- KMKent MorstainMay 21, 20211.0I would post no stars if it would let me. The attendant would not take contributions from the back, so I said fine, I would take them to the front as requested. I proceeded to unload my donations, which there were many items including several big boxes. The attendant was watching a Harry Potter movie and would not even get up to open the door. He just sat there as I struggled with carrying in the heavy boxes. A stranger made her way over to hold the door from a nearby restaurant. I did receive a sigh from the lazy attendant a statement of “you know we close at five”. I was there well before five (see below). What has this world come too that I take the time to donate, and all I get is such bad treatment. In case there were cameras or logs. It was around 4:30 pm today on May 21st (Friday). Having donated a lot over the years and usually I receive great service and a thank you. I do not expect anything to happen regarding this complaint, but maybe the tape will be reviewed and this lazy individual will get off his rear and hold that door.
