  I have nothing but great things to say about Crystal. From the very beginning she treated us with the utmost respect and made me and my brother feel at ease when we lost our mom in September 2024. She went above and beyond, answering any questions or concerns we had. She made is feel like family and like she had known us forever. Thank you so much, Crystal!!

  Crystal Bouvaird and her team did an amazing job when my mom passed away. They made my mom look beautiful for her viewing her makeup was spot on just the way she wore it daily her special lipstick color she loved. They made a difficult time seamless. I have a very small family and Crystal was so comforting she makes you feel like family like you have known her for years. I highly recommend Crystal and her team to anyone who is in need of Funeral Services they went above and beyond our expectations. Dedra Maupin

  Alpine was a breath of fresh air. When I called Crystal was the one I spoke to. She was very patient with me losing my daughter. She went above and beyond with offering to call and handle getting my daughter home due to her passing on a roadtrip. I had no idea were to began. When we finally met Alpine staff they were so welcoming they catered to us and always made sure that we were served with nothing but excellence. Crystal always made sure that she gave me small breaks in between each step. She always embraced me with hugs and positive words. I have never met anyone like that. My daughter service turned out so beautiful from start to finish. I know it was a business transaction but the staff made me feel like we were family. I knew my daughter was in the right place. The facility was very clean and always had a good smell. If you’re looking for a place that encourages you, go above and beyond for you. Make you feel like their own personal family. Please use Alpine.

  I cannot recommend Alpine enough! When my father passed away unexpectedly we had no idea who to turn to. My husband called Alipne based on the reviews and I'm so glad he did. Charles and Charlotte took care of absolutely everything and were so helpful and flexible with us in having to plan my dad's service for a date when family could make it into town. We didn't have to worry about a single thing and were able to focus on spending our time with family and grieving instead of funeral details. I hope to not have to use their services again for a good long while, but when I do they will be my first call.
