  If you're looking for the best childcare in Fort Worth, this is it. We started here when we lived downtown and our oldest son was less than 1 year old. We loved the peace of mind we had knowing he was in great hands when we had to work. As we moved further away from downtown we tried a few other facilities closer to home, but we experienced every kind of childcare nightmare imaginable. Luckily the BH @ Sundance crew welcomed us back with open arms... right before COVID shut everything down. The facility was able to accommodate us through the pandemic with hightened protocols, and most of us survived. Currently, our oldest is preparing to enter 4th grade and he still gets excited to see the BH staff when we pick up his little brother. Our youngest has been with Bright Horzons since he was an infant. He has worked his way through almost all of the wonderful teachers, and he is very excited to start Kinder-Prep this fall. He never wants to miss a day with Ms. Nautica & Ms. Ariane. He's living his best life when he is with his friends @ BH. We are thankful for every teacher that has put their heart, time, and energy into our boys. As a working parent it is so important to partner with a great childcare facility that shares your values and respects your wishes when it comes to raising your children. I feel like Ms. Michelle & Ms. Elaine have been a crutial part of my journey as a working mom, and I will be forever greatful for the time they have put into educating a wonderful staff of caring, passionate teachers. They have been called to care for the children who often have no voice, and their kindness is contageous.

  I went for a tour today with my 2 year old, and was shocked by how we were treated. The main point of contact was someone who has been in this industry for over 20years, and is so obviously burnt out and hates her job. That’s the welcome committee! Then we proceeded to be shown the facility which is adequate at best. The staff made us feel very unwelcome, she shamed my daughter for where she is in her speech journey, and laughed in my face when I asked about their camera and security systems. As a parent- I do not take the safety of my child lightly and the whole experience felt as though we were being pushed out the door because this woman disapproved of where my daughter was scholastically. They were more interested in our previous child care experience to make sure that we as the clients- would be a good fit for her in her facility. This was very concerning. I tried to get in contact with the Head Director; Michelle Spikes, before leaving this review- and was ignored the both times I tried to call to provide this feedback. I am glad we toured- so that now my family can confidently cross off Bright Horizons from our list of care options for our daughter. My advice- do the research, and go see for yourself. Do not recommend at all.

  I went to tour the facility, arrived a little earlier than my scheduled time. As soon as I walked in, the lady at the front desk seemed very annoyed and had me wait in a corner. When she came back, she was angry and kept asking me where I parked. Once I told her she grew more annoyed and yelled at me to move it. Well, I went to move it but did not come back in. If she talks to me like that, someone who is just there for a tour, I don't want to know how she'll talk to my child.
