  Ms. Amanda and Ms. Olivia handled my son's home going with great care and treated me and my family with kindness through our difficult time...professional and amazing staff, would highly recommend.

  I am not pleased with this funeral home at all. My two brothers and I went to make arrangements for our mother to be cremated. We spoke with a lady named Amber. She told us that she would write out the obituary according to what we had told her, and she would email it in a couple of days. Then we could make any changes. My eldest brother ended having to get kinda ugly with them on the phone about a week later in order to get it done. We were told it would take around two weeks and they would be calling for me to pick up our mother’s remains, the cards we ordered etc… It was a few days shy of a month before getting any of it. Luckily we planned the memorial for a month after her passing or we wouldn’t have had any of it. The day before the memorial is when we were able to pick it up. That day I walked in to pick up the cards and her remains I was told I was going to have to wait an additional 20 min before the cards would arrive. The day before I was told they would be there first thing that next morning. There was a viewing at ten so I opted for the 11 o’clock time slot. I was twenty min late evening and still had to wait. I didn’t realize when I looked at the cards before leaving that they didn’t put our mother’s picture on the card like they were suppose to. It was just a very unpleasant experience all the way around.

  Called several funeral homes to get a pre need burial policy for my sister that is in a nursing home. Alpine gave me the best customer service and went out of their way to meet my sisters needs. Highly recommend them.

  These Beautiful ladies at Alpine Funeral Home made my family feel cared for and showed empathy towards our great loss of our Precious daughter Raquel that was only 31. We live in Arizona didn't know anything about what to do or who to call. The gals there helped us and were very loving and patient. Our Loving Father sure guided us to pick these special ladies, they treated us like family with open arm's and hugs. Never would I think of losing a children with this heavy pain and hurt but was blessed to have good support from the Alpine Family and Our Loving Father Thank you so much! Love The Rodriguez family
