I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to Share our experience we had with Simple cremation. Unfortunately, my father passed away this November. I called Simple cremation late afternoon on a Sunday, the day he passed. I assumed I was going to get a voicemail and someone would call me back the next day. My call was answered by someone who took our information and promised a call back shortly. Within five minutes Amanda with Simple cremation called us back. She was extremely helpful and although I was in a very emotional state she helped navigate me through the process in a very sincere and sympathetic way. I told her that my dad was a veteran and we would also like assistance in having him buried at the Dallas Fort Worth national cemetery. She said that she was also a veteran and it would be her honor to help a fellow veteran. She then turned over our case to Jackie from Simple cremation. I don’t know how many hours a day these ladies work but it felt as if we had access to them 24/7 and no question or concern was too small. Of course, this was a very emotional time for my mother, but it was very comforting to know that Jackie was there when my mom needed help filling out forms or understanding the process. Never did my mom feel like she was a burden to Jackie. At all times Jackie was professional, caring, helpful, and sympathetic to my mom in her hour of need. Although of course, we understand that they do this as a business, it never felt like this was a transaction. It genuinely felt as if they were a friend of the family helping out. It is rare to find someone who is doing the exact job or career that they should but when you do come across that person, it is something to cherish. Since I was here from out of town, I was eternally grateful to Jackie for being here for my mom when I left. Thank you very much sincerely, Robert on behalf of Yolanda and family.
