- NGNorma GarzaFeb 13, 20265.0I work with Tejas Management and have known Jose Ruiz Rn NP for the past two years that I have been here. He is Kind and gentle with our special needs patients. He will listen to what we as nurses have to say and to our suggestions. I also appreciate Rosie and Daily who come with him to draw blood or do vital signs. Again they are very gentle with our clients and allow us to help if needed. Harmony care comes when we have an issue with our clients and for that I am happy so we do not have to take them out when the weather if bad. So Thank you Harmony Care, Jose Ruiz RN NP, Rosie and Daily.

It is so convenient not to have to drive to his providers. I highly recommend this company to any homebound people. What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and many other insurances. Our patient representatives will verify your benefit coverage as part of the new patient registration process.
Does insurance cover in-home care?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office.
How quickly can I get a doctors visit?
For new patients, home visits can typically be scheduled within 3-5 business days of completing the registration process.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days.
What services do you offer?
We offer many of the same health care services you would receive in a doctor’s office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound studies.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Contact your doctor at any time; we will schedule a sick visit within 24 to 48 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances HarmonyCares Medical Group will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. HarmonyCares Medical Group will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What are your hours of operations?
HarmonyCares Medical Group Providers generally make house calls between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our clinically trained staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
