My mother passed last summer and still to this day I cannot get over just how compassionate the people at Hillier were for her service! Madison, our funeral director did everything in her power to make my mother’s service the most perfect thing! She was so caring and attentive to our needs and really made the experience as easy as it could’ve been.

Thank you so much, Madison, for your kindness and compassion during such a terrible time for my daughter and family. The extra care you showed, such as delivering personalized items, means so much to us. I am happy that you contacted us through every step of this process and shared so much of your valuable time. The additional time that you spent locating items that my daughter really wanted as keepsakes is something that we will never forget.

She guided us through every step of the planning process with patience, care, and understanding, which made an unbearable experience just a little more bearable. Madison’s professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness brought us so much comfort, and we cannot thank her enough for all she did for our family. We will always remember you and the kindness you showed us and are forever grateful for your Military Service and the tenderness you showed Joel. With love, Desiree and Family
