- CSc SJun 22, 20251.0I was so excited to get married here and now after my experience with choosing this venue based off of all the great reviews I saw here ( reviews made from years ago) I would say I regret choosing brownstone reserve as the place I chose to get married at. I contacted the owner right after my wedding and they were nice but ultimately the “manager” had an excuse for where things fell short and did not seem to understand how their actions play a huge part in someone’s special day until they are told by the customer so and then excuse it by saying “it’s not their full time job” to manage the venue just something they do also. However they will offer their full undivided attention for any need you have if you pay them for “coordinating” services to have during your event, even though the manager themselves forgot to show up at the venue for a tour of it when they are the one who schedules when to meet at the venue, but they had fell asleep after their “ main job”. After my wedding and speaking with the manager after my wedding and addressing all of my concerns I had she apologized but still reminded me this was not her “ main focus” since she has another job but she does apologize. I found there was just an excuse for everything and this venues staff is just unprofessional for who I would recommend on trusting to assist you with on your special day.

At Brownstone Reserve we only require that our clients hire security through Badgehire.com and select one of our 3 bartending companies that are TABC-certified and insured.
All other vendors you can select from our recommended vendors list or your own preference according to your needs and budget.

Yes, we offer tables and chairs for our clients.
320 Chivari chairs for the reception hall. And 300 white fold-out chairs for the ceremony.
