The food is tasty and the menu varies daily. Most importantly, the care and staff that provide it are top tier. The primary nurses, Krystal and Latrice, have regularly demonstrated a personal and individual level of concern. They are very organized and seem to know all their patients by name. The director, Jane, is responsive and has always made time for my concerns. Care provider Mimi has remarkable patience and seems to treat my parents like personal friends. Pricing is within my parents limited budget. I would recommend Pavilion to any of my friends and family looking for a place for their own seniors.
