  I highly recommend Resting Rainbow. The kind and empathetic staff really helped me deal a very difficult situation. I felt confident that my sweet kitty would be treated with care, which really eased some of the stress I was feeling. These folks ate just super!

  Excellent service. Very kind and thoughtful staff who were sensitive to the loss of my beloved True Blue. The remains are in a beautiful wooden box with his name on it. The glass heart with some of his remains is especially nice.

  I am eager to write this review. Jay & Zach, the owners of Resting Rainbow are the kindest gentlemen I've interacted with when it has come to cremating my dogs. I have sadly had to cremate 3 dogs, before my sweet Daisy Mae. They helped me with everything, put up with my millions of questions, showed me compassion and caring at a time when I was so sad from the loss of Daisy and other recent life events. They allowed me to tour the facility and I was able to be there for the cremation. I know that isn't everyone's desire, but it was mine and they were willing to accommodate me. I highly recommend this place and will bring my remaining two dogs when the need arises. I hope that need is years from now.

  I had a very positive experience during a genuinely difficult time. This process helped me orient my grief and move forward in a way that felt respectful and manageable. My cat had been in my freezer for some time before I was ready, and they handled the entire situation with care, professionalism, and absolutely no judgment. They coordinated pickup and drop-off, which removed a huge amount of emotional and logistical stress. Communication throughout was clear and reassuring, and I always knew what to expect. The overall experience felt calm, compassionate, and dignified — both for me and for my pet. I’m truly grateful for how they handled everything and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service during a hard moment.
