  I HIGHLY recommend ATX cremation in Austin. Super reasonable price and their compassion and attentiveness is top notch. The email and phone communication and updates initiated by them throughout the process was so comforting. My mom’s ashes were ready in three weeks as promised. Gabriel was an angel and I am grateful to have been led here. I took them the urn I had purchased on my own because it was meaningful to me and they graciously transferred the ashes for me. So grateful 🙏🏼

  I'm so glad we used ATX Cremation. My husband passed away at 39 and it was so unexpected and devastating. I spoke with Elena at ATX Cremation and she was so nice and comforting and empathetic. It was super easy to set up everything online and the forms were pretty simple. She called me every step of the way and explained what was going to happen next. Elena was so amazing even when I came in to pick up the ashes and death certificate she explained what everything was and even offered that they would separate the ashes for us if we weren't comfortable doing it ourselves. I'm so thankful I picked ATX Cremation.

  The funeral director was very thorough, professional, understanding, and kind. She answered all of my questions and kept me updated with the process, and what to expect. I’m so glad we chose them to care for my grandmother after death. My family and I appreciate everything y'all have done.

  Our family highly recommends ATX Cremation. For our family it was a first-time cremation. The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and eased all our concerns by taking the time to answer every question thoroughly. The professional and gentle approach when transporting my father did not go unnoticed. Elena was fantastic! Despite being busy, we never felt rushed, and they even accommodated a quick pickup. A very comfortable, compassionate experience during a difficult time. They provided comprehensive support by anticipating needs we hadn't considered. This included a dignified inurnment in an urn of our choice, capturing fingerprint impressions for timeless keepsakes, and managing the essential documentation for death certificates. Thank you for your compassionate and respectful care during such a difficult time. Your kindness and professionalism in handling my father’s, and our family’s, needs brought us great comfort.
