  Turrentine Jackson Morrow on highway 75 in Allen did a superb job meeting all our needs after the sudden loss of a loved one. They were compassionate and kind, walking us through every step and guiding us in an unfamiliar process. Many options were offered, but no one tried to upsell us on items we didn’t want or need. They allowed us to customize options while offering an affordable package.Our funeral director, Andrew Mullen, was so thoughtful and compassionate. He anticipated all our needs, was patient, encouraged us to take our time, and followed up with us even after the burial was complete. We would definitely recommend Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home to any family during a time of bereavement.

  I cannot be more pleased with Clay Irby and the entire TJM staff with the service provided following my wife's death. Perfect attention was given to every detail - large and small. From the time of removal from another city to the afternoon of burial, Clay and the staff met every expectation. May God bless you all.

  After my husband passed away from cancer at our home on hospice, the funeral directors Brian and Andy showed up within the hour to take him to the funeral home for cremation. These gentleman treated him with the utmost respect when loading him in their vehicle. I planned my husband’s funeral service with the director, “Andy Mullen” who was very personable and made me feel at ease during the entire planning process. The service was held in their beautiful chapel and the service was so perfect in memorializing my husband. The obituary their staff wrote during my visit with Andy and the memorial video they created with the selected photos and music was beyond my creative abilities. Andy even helped me with selecting a pastor for the service. So many of my family and friends complimented me on the service because you could feel the love and the personalization of it because the funeral home took the time to listen to our story. The entire staff from the front desk, directors, and the amazing florists were so incredibly helpful during one of the most difficult times of my life. God Bless the staff at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow…Thank You for everything! <3

  I don’t know where to begin, our Funeral Home Director, Brian DeLozier, was truly amazing. He went above and beyond for our family and for my mother, and we are so grateful for the care he provided. From the very first call, when my mom was on hospice, Brian made the entire planning process feel seamless. He was always responsive, whether by phone or in person, and answered every question with patience and compassion. The entire staff was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive during such a difficult time. They honored all of my mother’s wishes and made sure every detail was handled with care. I especially appreciated being able to take part in certain aspects of the process it meant so much to me and made everything feel more personal. Georgia was amazing as well! And the design florist they went above and beyond on my mom’s flowers with greenery, just stunning. From the initial planning, to the service, to the burial, everything was well-coordinated and thoughtfully done. All of the employees were all on point. Every person we encountered was warm and respectful. I truly can’t recommend this funeral home enough. Thank you for making my mother’s life celebration so beautiful and memorable. Thank you so much Brian!

  My husband and I have been thinking about needing to get our funerals pre-planned for several years. My husband met Trevor Tidridge from TJM at a Home and Garden show in Allen and setup a meeting to discuss Funeral Preneed Planning. Trevor spent a lot of time with us going over everything associated with a funeral and all the options. He was patient, accommodating and went above and beyond in providing personal service and answered all questions. Once we started talking options and cost, we never felt any pressure to select specific options or add anything we didn't want. The Turrentine Jackson grounds and facilities are beautiful. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend TJM and Trevor!
