His mother was being taken advantage of by other companies in the area with grossly inflated costs for a simple cremation. I reached out to this company after finding them online. I spoke with Miriam. I cannot speak enough about the level of professionalism, courtesy, respect and decency that Miriam gave to me and the young man's mother. There were some difficulties to overcome, as the young man had been living a somewhat transient lifestyle. This made tracking information difficult.
