- CJChassity JonesMar 3, 20261.0They took 24 days to give me my mom’s ashes or even cremate her. They literally left her sitting for 23 entire days. The person Bryan would not answer my calls and even blocked me when I tripped out on him over the phone after she was sitting for 18 days. Still even then I had to wait a week later to get her ashes. This place is a joke and do not do business correctly and should actually be shut down.

His mother was being taken advantage of by other companies in the area with grossly inflated costs for a simple cremation. I reached out to this company after finding them online. I spoke with Miriam. I cannot speak enough about the level of professionalism, courtesy, respect and decency that Miriam gave to me and the young man's mother. There were some difficulties to overcome, as the young man had been living a somewhat transient lifestyle. This made tracking information difficult. Miriam never waivered in her commitment to serving the needs of this young man and his family. My deepest gratitude to Miriam. Thank you. Don Greenwood Sullivan, Maine
