The Webb house blew me away with their efficiency and care.
I am a professional in a different state, and I was so amazed at how cohesive and responsive the staff was. I couldn't have asked for a better care staff to help my client.
Not a single resident went without, our experience was not one of a kind. I have never been into another facility like this one.

What types of activities are available for my loved one to participate in?
Webb House Retirement Center offers a diverse range of activities tailored to our residents' interests and abilities. These may include social outings, entertainment events, guest lectures, religious services, and special celebrations. What are assisted living facilities?
Assisted living facilities provide round-the-clock care for individuals who require assistance with daily living or prefer not to live independently. Residents typically reside in private apartments and enjoy communal dining, social activities, and various amenities. These facilities cater to individuals with physical limitations, disabilities, or health conditions that necessitate regular support.
How do I know if assisted living is right for my loved one?
Determining the need for assisted living is a significant decision based on compassion and care. Key indicators include decreased mobility, frequent falls, personality changes, and memory issues. We recommend consulting our comprehensive guide for a detailed list of signs that suggest it may be time to consider assisted living for your loved one.
How much does assisted living cost?
The cost of assisted living varies widely based on factors such as location, accommodation type, amenities, and clinical services offered. We advise thoroughly researching and comparing different facilities to identify which aspects are most crucial for your loved one. This information will help you develop an appropriate financial plan to address the costs associated with assisted living.
What is the difference between assisted living and a nursing home?
While often used interchangeably, assisted living and nursing homes serve different purposes. Nursing homes provide long-term medical care for seniors with serious health conditions, focusing on managing chronic health issues. In contrast, assisted living facilities offer support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Assisted living communities also emphasize social engagement and amenities to create a supportive, community-oriented environment.
What will my loved one be doing all day in assisted living?
Daily activities in assisted living facilities are designed to keep residents engaged and active. The specific schedule can vary between communities. We recommend requesting a sample itinerary and arranging a visit to experience the daily routine firsthand when evaluating potential assisted living options for your loved one.
How can I ensure my loved one is safe when they are in their rooms alone at night?
At Webb House Retirement Center, we prioritize resident safety through rigorous protocols and procedures. Our staff conducts regular overnight checks to ensure each resident's well-being and address any needs that may arise during nighttime hours.
What is food like at an assisted living facility?
At Webb House Retirement Center, we recognize the importance of nutrition for seniors' health and well-being. Our culinary program aims to provide meals that are both nutritious and enjoyable. We cater to individual dietary requirements while also focusing on appealing food presentation to enhance the dining experience for our residents.
Do all assisted living facilities offer memory care?
Not all assisted living facilities provide memory care services. At Webb House Retirement Center, our Phoenix Wing offers specialized memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, and other forms of dementia or memory loss. We employ a patient-centered approach to ensure appropriate care, and our dedicated staff works to create a comfortable, home-like environment for these residents.
