Staying at this hotel was nearly perfect until we found out that we only get room service once a week. Everything seemed okay when we checked in. The rooms were nice and spacious, and the manager was extremely helpful. However, after spending three nights, we thought we were due for a service, but only to find out that full room service is only provided once a week. We were expected to sleep on the same linen for a whole week with two toddlers running around the room. I could understand every other day or three days, but a whole week is a no-no. I hope the hotel does something about this issue.

A better stay than most. Probably because of the free shuttle service and the absolutely awesome house-made (I guess they could be from a box) scones each morning. That's the first time I have had these in any IHG hotel. We were alerted to them from our shuttle driver the first night. We were alone in the shuttle so we got a pretty good rundown of Nashville. The parking 'entrance' is basically in the rear. There's also plenty of parking in the lot area for ADA and taller Sprinter type vehicles. There's also a bar inside for evening drinks at about 1/4 the price from out in town. There's also some stores and eateries (just a couple) nearby with a short walk. If I remember there's a coffee shop and a Walgreens where we found some needed travel items. Our room faced the street where vehicle boom boxes and party busses drive by at all hours. No too noticeable, but it is noticeable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A good 2 day stay. This is Nashville and we probably could have gotten by with just one. Nashville was really not our bag. CritDicks

This was a very nice hotel only 10 minutes away from Nissan Stadium and Broadway. The room are spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. It is very nice that you must have a room key to use the elevator in order to get to the guest rooms. There is a decent breakfast served in the morning. The staff was also very nice, and welcoming. The only issue I had was the parking garage had the overpowering odor of Marijuana at check in and check out. I dont know if it was a guest, staff, or people walking down the street that caused the odor. However, I would stay here again if ever back in Nashville.
