- ABAdam Bliss6 days ago5.0I wish I could give this place 10 stars, I have been traveling for work and pleasure for 15 plus years the last five years I have been booking at Staybridge, my wife had a surgery done and this place was directly across the street like it was meant to be! After my wife’s surgery that was extensive I brought her to the hotel and the staff was more helpful then any staff at any hotel I’ve ever been to, in the mornings I think the gentleman’s name is Charles he went above and beyond when we missed breakfast, my son wanted hard boiled eggs Charles went out of his way to get him a few, the cleaning ladies brought me everything I asked for with no hassle the room was super clean parking was a breeze this is the only place I will ever stay at when I’m Nashville I have already booked another couple nights, if your staying anywhere else you are missing out! Thank you to all the management staff and to IHG for living up to high expectations.

Since then I’ve been inundated with emails (I have unsubscribed), texts messages, phone calls for time shares and even letters in the mail. I’ve reached out to try and make it stop with no results. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our only complaint- we called and asked for an extra blanket, which they said they would bring up, but never did.

He doesn’t look up at you, smile, say hello or good morning and wanted to charge me for bags despite my check in day the wonderfully sweet front desk girl holding them for free with a bag ticket. I asked why there was an inconsistencies and he had no answer and was non empathetic, without explanation or kindness. I said forget it and left. The food was awful and not worth the price. I’m a rewards member and will not stay again. For the price an air b and b would have been better and I’m over this guys attitude. The sweet girl working Monday day shift was kind and warm and friendly. We slept well good beds and very quiet. This guy ruined the experience.
