The delivery men came took one look at it and asked if I had a dog I told them yes and they said they could not take it because of that reason. I was not asked this when I made the appointment to schedule this and I held onto this couches so I could donate them. They were cleaned and ready to go but just because I have a small dog they would not except it. So incredibly frustrating and confusing.
