  I’m very disappointed with the current state of care at this facility. My father lives here, and the quality has noticeably declined, especially during second shift. There are serious concerns about staffing and professionalism. One caregiver in particular, Alexis, has been very unpleasant to deal with. She has left my parents’ room messy and has displayed a negative attitude, which is unacceptable in a care environment. She’s even told another family member how she’s close with Erica and to speak to Erica if there was a problem .This has not been my experience with other caregivers like Robbie and Zoie, who have been much more reliable and respectful. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of structure and supervision. Caregivers are constantly coming in and out, and many of the newer, younger staff appear to lack proper training and experience. This creates an unsettling environment and does not inspire confidence in the level of care being provided. I do think Erica cares, but there are clear issues with hiring and management that need to be addressed. This facility needs more dedicated, trained, and professional caregivers—especially during second shift

  Harmony at Mount Juliet is a beautiful community, full of beautiful people. I’ve worked with the team in different capacities, also being in the healthcare field myself. The smiles on the residents’ faces make it very apparent they’re happy, engaged, loved, and well taken care of. Previously working in senior living for several years, I understand that happy residents are a result of what I like to call a “trickle down theory.” It all starts at the top with their amazing management staff, all of which I have met personally. I would not hesitate moving a loved one into Harmony at Mount Juliet and highly recommend them if you are searching for a new “home.”

  Harmony at Mt. Juliet is extremely welcoming, and the environment is wonderful. The community is absolutely beautiful!

  Paul Rice (aka Swampy) was one of the first individuals and a Charter Member for Harmony, on the Independent Living side, when they initially opened up. There was always plenty of events, trips, and activities to do. He really enjoyed getting together three days a week for Happy Hour !! The staff had to be the best thing about Harmony. Especially Catherine, Brandon and Shaunte. They went out of their way even before my dad passed away. Thank you for everything everyone does at Harmony. PaulEric Rice (aka Swampys son)
