KVB Therapy is a space for individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You might be caught in the same arguments, struggling with anxiety, or feeling alone in your relationship despite caring deeply. It can be exhausting trying to hold everything together on your own.
Here, you’ll find a supportive, down-to-earth environment to slow things down, gain clarity, and start making real change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, as well as couples looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected.
My approach is collaborative, honest, and non-judgmental. Using practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and create a path forward that feels right for you.
Kim is a kind, empathetic, and genuinely funny therapist. I recommend her to all my friends because they all need therapy.

I’ve been seeing Kim since 2021 and don’t plan on stopping therapy anytime soon. It’s something I look forward to every week and I always feel better after our sessions. We clicked right away and I’ve always felt heard, understood and just not alone in dealing with what I was dealing with.
I love that therapy with her is not just me talking and her taking notes and not saying anything. It’s a conversation, it’s anecdotes about similar situations or experiences to help me understand better or process or just not feel alone. It’s getting actual, tangible advice and tools that I can use in my day to day life. She gives you tools to help you feel a bit more in control when your anxiety is spiraling or life is lifing and you’re having a hard time keeping up. I’ve cried, laughed and everything in between in therapy but not matter what, I always feel better afterwards and she always knows how to approach topics so I feel safe, validated and so we can still do the work, even when it’s hard.
She’s helped me through dealing with anxiety, bad breakup, family issues, grief, job loss… you name it. She’s the first therapist I’ve ever had and I never thought about maybe trying someone else or stopping or anything else I hear family and friends say about their therapist.
If you don’t wanna waste your time and are looking for someone who’s nice but direct, understanding but able to give you that push when you need it and want actual tools to start feeling better right away, she’s it.*
*As long as you’re ready to put in the work - she’s the best obviously but you still have to do your part.

I’ve been seeing Kim for over 4 years now and can honestly say she has helped me through a lot—working through childhood things, dealing with work stress, starting a new business, and just trying to be a normal human with family and friends (still a work in progress).
She’s easy to talk to, real, and knows how to push you in the right ways without it feeling forced. I’ve always felt comfortable, which isn’t something I take for granted.
If you’re looking for someone you can trust and stick with long term, I’d definitely recommend Kim. One of the best decisions I’ve made was to find someone to talk to, and I look forward to my weekly appointment!
