  I have had the privilege of completing my Field Experience. as a counselor in training, under the supervision of Shara Carter at Three Trees Counseling, and it has been an incredibly meaningful and enriching experience. Shara creates a supportive, thoughtful learning environment that encourages both professional growth and personal reflection. Throughout my time working with her, I gained invaluable clinical insight, strengthened my confidence as a developing counselor, and learned practical skills that I continue to carry into my work.   Ms. Shara Carter is such a wonderful woman. She is a great listener and truly cares for her clients. I would say my favorite thing about her is that she is very authentic and personable. Not only will she be honest with you but she will make you feel like you belong. Shara is a great person to share things with, she gives great advice, but is also just a good person to talk to about things.
