The Farms at Bailey Station is a $290-million, not-for-profit LifeCare community being developed and managed by Retirement Companies of America (RCA) and Greystone Communities. It will be a sister community to Kirby Pines Retirement Community, which has operated nearby for more than 37 years by RCA. The RCA president and his wife, Charlie and Sandra Trammell, will be residents at The Farms, and many board members will live at The Farms or already live in Kirby Pines. It’s a perfect balance of city and country, activity and leisure, luxury and charm. With 26 floor plans to choose from and choices of apartments, townhomes and garden homes, we most likely have something that’s right for you.
