- KKKaren KniselyNov 13, 20255.0Even though my parents ultimately weren’t able to move into this community because their care needs changed, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the staff and the facility. From the very first visit, everyone we met was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The team took the time to answer every question and help us explore all the options available. The community itself is welcoming, well maintained, and you can tell that residents are treated with respect and compassion. Although we had to make other arrangements, I have no doubt my parents would have been very happy here if the timing and circumstances had allowed it. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and warmth. You truly made a difficult time easier for our family.

When I went for a tour, they could not have been more gracious and kind. If you are looking for a retirement community, look no further! Hickory Valley is awesome!!!!!
