  Even though my parents ultimately weren’t able to move into this community because their care needs changed, I wanted to share how impressed we were with the staff and the facility. From the very first visit, everyone we met was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The team took the time to answer every question and help us explore all the options available. The community itself is welcoming, well maintained, and you can tell that residents are treated with respect and compassion. Although we had to make other arrangements, I have no doubt my parents would have been very happy here if the timing and circumstances had allowed it. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and warmth. You truly made a difficult time easier for our family.

  Super nice!! I wasnt the person doing leg work but i felt non refundable deposit a bit high. But i paid it as this place is clean, nice, updated. An i wouldnt want my family in nothing less. Very happy we said yes to this place! I know whst nasty is i work in public everyday.!! Residents even seem happy an friendly. Thumbs up to shannon B, judy, billy an everyone i spoke with before they knew i was looking.

  We have been very impressed with Hickory Valley and its management. The new renovation of the facility is lovely and we could not have asked for a more helpful and caring staff. Their professionalism and support has brought a tremendous relief to our family for the continuing care of my father.
