- KAKaren AndersonApr 16, 20251.0Unhelpful and derogatory to Goodwill image. Family brought a sofa to donate yet was declined saying they were not accepting any additional. They were full was exact quote. Family asked if they could be directed to other donation centers to drive to, they did not know. I called other locations (Gallatin and Hendersonville) and they were very kind and eager to help us out.
- AAAngieSep 3, 20241.0Athens alabama location not very friendly items are overpriced you can buy new items cheaper and name brand items are really overpriced most items are stained furniture needs a lot of work tried to donate a large sofa in very good condition better than what they had store was told they did not pick up so we had men to volunteer to pick it up a d deliver to store they did not ha e time to unload so was taken to landfill goodwill is no longer about helping those in need
