- MBMalissa BaxterDec 22, 20255.0Ashley Edwards is an ANGEL!!!!! My 1st time calling! I was knee deep in research for 4 hours before calling. Ashley made me and my Family's Christmas even merrier! I'm a caregiver for my Dad and it's HARD mentally and emotionally. I was my mom's caregiver and she died in my care. So taking care of my Dad is triggering some memories around the holiday season. I'm in an unfamiliar town and I'm moving my dad 4 states over here. Ashley took her time to walk me through the website. She is extremely professional, welcoming, exceptional customer connection, understanding, patient, encouraging, phenomenal listener, knowledgeable, insightful, and such a freaking AMAZING Human being! I wish she could be my personal assistant and travel with me! THANK YOU Ashley for stopping my tears from flowing that you did not even see, bringing me back up for air when I began to sink, and encouraging me to keep doing a great job with my Dad.
