I also have other friends/ previous church members that I visit in other local communities too. And I will say, I love the feeling I get, when I visit The Blake. It's a very clean facility and I am always greeted with a smile from their front desk associates. One of them being Carol, she is typically there on the weekends when I mostly visit, she is a DELIGHT! Most staff are! One thing I learned from visiting all these communities...There is No perfect one! You can't please everybody, staffing is always the main reason of why complaints happen, but I find, it's how they overcome the negatives and turn them into more positives! And I can assure you, that The Blake is one to do that! My friends are very happy here and have No desire to leave!
