If you are considering putting down money on a house in Del Webb nexton, I would seriously think twice about doing so before thoroughly looking at everything. The builder, Pulte and developer are horrible and do not care one bit about the residents I've lived here for two years now and as much as I love my neighbors and other residents the amenities offered cannot sustain the amount of people they keep adding in and the houses. We have a very small clubhouse that includes a small room with gym equipment as well as a room across the hall for classes. The gym can fit 12 people tops at one time and the classroom maybe 25 at best before you're bumping into each other. There is a pool that is also very small and can barely handle the residents that are here now never mind an additional 400 homes. They are adding a new amenity Center that will include two additional pickleball courts on top of the 10 they already have a basketball court and a walking Track. We've asked for larger workout room and their response was well it's a multipurpose room and you can probably use it for that not how will it be used or if it's there is even a possibility. Basically their response to everything is will check into it and get back to you which they never do. As much as I love my neighbors if I knew then what I know now I would never have considered purchasing in this community.

We have been here 6.5 years. Our build out was terrible. Had warranty contractors in our house over 50 time over the first two years. At some point you just give in and accept the bowed walls and no 90 degree corners. Now we have a problem with AAM, the management company. I thought we would have more fun but not. Over our time here there have been at least 6 SE regional managers, 6 or 7 property managers and 6 lifestyle managers. With all these changes there is no continuity. On top of this our community manager just quit along with 4 very good receptionist. Something is wrong. HOA does not seem to care. If we didn’t make as many friends, we would be moving. It’s also surprising how many people do move out

We have been in our new home for one year. The experience has been excellent. Our sales associate, Meghan Golde and our construction supervisor, Luke Brown were great to work with during the purchase and construction phase. All the minor repairs needed since move in have been timely and professionally handled. Caroline Roche handled our one year warranty work and she also provided excellent service. We are pleased with our purchase of a home in Del Webb Nexton and look forward to years of enjoying our home and this community.

Alexis Downey is the epitome of what a construction manager should be.
As a Charleston realtor, I’ve worked with numerous construction managers across multiple builders, and Alexis—who manages for PulteGroup/Del Webb Nexton in Summerville—is by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
She is incredibly punctual, organized, dependable, and a phenomenal communicator. Her follow-up is flawless, her customer service is top-tier, and she’s genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll meet. Alexis makes every step of the new-build process smooth, clear, and stress-free for both clients and agents.
I told her more than once that she needs to run a training camp for other construction managers—she’s truly that good. My clients are absolutely thrilled, and I can confidently speak for them and for myself when I say that Alexis deserves outstanding recognition for the work she does.
Thank you, Alexis, for your professionalism, support, and stellar organization. You make the home-building experience exceptional.
