  My father has been here for a few months. I can say without question the doctors, nursing staff and administrators are probably the best I’ve ever worked with. They genuinely care about their patients. The food is good and well prepared. There are facilities much closer but the kind of care my father gotten I do not want to move him. Thank you Lifecare for all your help in the past and the future.

  My dad had been at TidePointe since their inception - 27 years ago! He loved every minute! He enjoyed every single level of this wonderful CCRC. He and Mother started in their beautiful home which they built from the ground up. When my mother died, he moved to a beautiful apartment connected to the Club House. When it was necessary, he moved to Broad Creek Care Center, into Assisted Living, right down the hallway from the Club House. He continued enjoying activities at TP as well as activities at BCCC. After a hospital stay, he then enjoyed the incredible care in Skilled Nursing. When he was able he moved back to Assisted Living where he was treated like a king! He died last month, at age 102.5. He certainly made the most of his living in this incredible community! The Physical Therapy Program was amazing and tailored to all levels, Independent, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. We have loved every step with him! Great food, fantastic staff and residents, lots of activities - all fantastically POSITIVE!

  I have assisted Tidepointe to provide home healthcare for some of their members when needed. I have found the Administrative staff and the nursing staff to be extremely professional and especially helpful in communicating to me what the needs are for their members. They truly care for their Vi Community! I have also had occasions to interact with other employees, cleaning staff, wait staff, etc. I am very impressed, in general, with the overall management in this wonderful community and recommend it highly to many of my clients and friends looking for a beautiful place to live.   My wife and I have lived here at TidePointe for 5 years and to us, the best part is the social aspect. People go out of their way to meet new members and help introduce them to others. One thing we noticed when we moved in is the fact that no one asks what you did. They just want to know where you are from. Sure, eventually you find out more background, but it’s not the main focus of a conversation. Everyone is one the same level playing field here. We wouldn’t trade this place for anywhere else.
