  Wonderful rehab experience for my husband. Nurses were outstanding. He received wonderful care. Physical and occupational therapy were targeted to his needs. Lots of stimulating activities and opportunities to interact with other residents.

  We are thankful for the staff at Broad Creek. My mother lives in assisted living and is well cared for by friendly, professional people. Having medication managed daily, nutritious meals and multiple weekly activities for socialization has allowed her to improve greatly from living independently. As her daughter, I can rest assured that she's safe and in the best environment for her well being. We also had positive experience with the skilled nursing unit at Broad Creek last fall as mom broke a hip and she stayed there to recover and rehab. They were excellent. I would recommend them for your loved ones.

  Our father moved from independent living at Tide Pointe to Assisted Living and then to skilled nursing at Broad Creek within the last 2 years. It was quite an adjustment for all. The staff at Broad Creek have been receptive to our requests in his care-from the front desk to nursing, therapy, nutrition and housekeeping. His nursing care has been excellent and all therapy departments have worked with him at during the last 2 years. He began palliative care about 6 months ago. As his condition declined, the nursing staff recommended transitioning to hospice care. The BCCC staff continued to provide thoughtful care until he passed away. So many staff expressed their condolences. They were like extended family and we are comforted that our father received compassionate care in this facility during the final years of his life.

  My father, Dr. Leon Liverett, has been at Broad Creek for several years, having been a resident at TidePointe since they first opened. We are thrilled with the care that he has received. The entertainment, the planned activities, the physical therapy and exercise programs, the marvelous food with an exceptional chef, and especially the care are all A plus. The staff is excellent.

  My grandma was put here when she was moved from her house, and is back again after some health issues. Seems like they treat her well. She complains but she complains about everything, but haven't seen any signs of malpractice or abuse here.
