  Good afternoon to each and every one of you my name is Ken Turner this is one of the best communities that I know when I first found this community it was through a place for Mom she tells me this is one of her favorite community now I see why when I first came here I thought this was a Marriott but it's not it's on the scale of the Marriott because the Marriott is five stars and this one of the best community I've been a part of we have a sales person by the name of Jill but I cannot forget Blake the best salesperson I know the executive director is outstanding the kitchen staff is outstanding the maintenance staff the housekeepers is outstanding the front desk people is outstanding the residence is outstanding I'm so glad I choose this place because my furniture is coming here is in Atlanta they help me with furniture until I get my furniture I promise you if you are come to this community you be glad you did you'll get first class treatment there's no other community quite like this when you sit in the dining room there's a robot that brings you your food never seen it in my life it's truly the best please please call for your family to come here I told other friends that I serve with in the United States Marine corps and there are getting ready to call to because I laid out the road map for them and let them know please come it's the best thank you to the executive director and all his staff they have a great personality and the residents here are great too be blessed

  We are new residents- 2 days- and so far have had such wonderful experiences- both Blake & Jill have been most helpful- also Kaylin at the desk!!! We have such positive feelings of MG so far!

  We have now been residents since September and our enthusiasm continues to grow. Blake West made the transition easy, working closely with us to understand our needs and concerns. Since we had already downsized and could move on short notice, we were able to commit to one of two 2BR units Blake had available. He coordinated a walkthrough to help us decide what furniture we could use in our new home.when we arr, he had even coordinated a sign welcoming us a prospective residents. He then assisted in the actual tlegal and financial transition in conjunction with Gen Mgr Bryan Bourret. The actual experience of being here resulted in our being in the heart of everything we love about Greenville and quickly making friends among residents and staff who share enthusiasm for the upbeat and inclusive lifestyle at Merrill Garden. Thanks for making what could have been even a daunting change for a couple octogenarians not only easy but enjoyable!

  Blake West is the best community relations director ever. The apartment is beautiful & exactly as described; spacious closets, lots of storage room, & modern bathroom. I just love it here.
