As you pass through the wrought iron gates of our senior living community in Florence, SC, one of the first things you notice at The Florence Presbyterian Community is the wide expanse of beautifully manicured lawns and mature oak trees. Step up onto the veranda-style front porch where ceiling fans stir the air on a warm afternoon and you won't be able to resist the temptation to sit and chat or enjoy a cool glass of iced tea. Glance across the grounds just beyond the patio homes and you'll notice a pond with a fountain nestled among the trees. There you'll find a walking deck and a fishing pier where you might just catch a resident casting a line into the water.

In fact our mom/mother-in-law said to us that she would missed them very much, she loved them and they became like family to her. This is the kind of care we were looking for and it’s exactly what we got. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I’ve never in my life witnessed a facility or any workplace that actually allow their key staff members, CNA’s & nurses, to sit & use their cell phones in patient care areas!! Taking selfie’s!!! I timed & witnessed 3 CNA’s on their cell phones for over 45 minutes, while watching & listening to call lights constantly ringing for assistance from patients down the hall! Not to mention, when I addressed the issue the following morning, I was shunned!! My mother in law has been at this facility for almost a week now, STR. The Rehab team is awesome, but the one on one care is awful! I’m extremely disappointed with this so called, Faith Based Ministry Facility!
