My daughter is currently in the infant room and we could not be happier! The room is always clean and the communication is great whether it is between the teachers or the administrators. She is always smiling at the end of the day. The teachers are great and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and happy. The director Ashley has been awesome and the assistant director, Samantha, has also been amazing. It’s extremely reassuring knowing my daughter is in a safe and caring environment.

Although the facility is nice and the directors are approachable, Clemson Creative is unfortunately not living up to its potential. My child attended from 2 months old until 12 months old, and during that time we experienced ongoing concerns with communication, inaccurate logging in the Procare app, and—most concerning—serious issues with bottle feeding. At first, we noticed the occasional untouched bottle at pick-up. Over time, however, the issue escalated to the point where our child went two consecutive Fridays without receiving any bottles at all. When I raised this with the director after the first incident, she admitted it was due to poor communication between teachers during a room transition. I was assured it would never happen again—yet the very next Friday, the same issue occurred. Upon reviewing video footage, the director confirmed that my child was never offered a bottle that day, only a water cup. We scheduled a sit-down meeting with the director and assistant director to discuss our concerns and were trying to be hopeful after a constructive conversation. They acknowledged several areas needing improvement but gave us the impression that stronger leadership, training, and accountability were lacking. While the rest of the week seemed better, the problems quickly resurfaced the next week after. For example, one day we sent three bottles, but only two were given, despite the app showing that all three had been fed. When questioned, the director reviewed footage once again and admitted a substitute teacher had logged bottles that weren’t actually fed. At that point, we had already lost trust in the assurances being made. The repeated false promises, lack of accountability, and neglect regarding something as basic as feeding a child were unacceptable. We ultimately gave notice and transitioned to a new daycare. The difference has been night and day—our current provider communicates clearly, keeps accurate logs, and most importantly, ensures our child is fed properly. Clemson Creative has potential, but without stronger leadership willing to enforce accountability and implement meaningful changes, I cannot recommend them. Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly advise parents to look elsewhere for childcare.

We love CCA! My kids have been in more than 3 daycares since we moved often during their early childhood. After moving to Clemson and being on waitlists, CCA had a spot and my son is thriving. They are very communicative and do SO many extra activities for the children’s enrichment like bringing in outside activities, water days, and cooking classes. They even do parents night out where my oldest can go for an extremely reasonable rate. I definitely recommend them! Cameras in all the rooms and an app to follow your classroom. When I pickup my son often says “can I play a little longer???” 🤩

We love CCA! My son has been going here for 3 months now, starting when he was 11 weeks old. His teachers are all wonderful and caring and the management is also amazing! The director is always up and about and knows every kid (and parent too it seems!) by name. The classrooms are very clean and organized and I get updates all day long about how my son is doing. I am very grateful that he is able to attend such a safe and fun daycare.

These guys are amazing! They are more than just daycare. They teach and help grow your children. We have two boys at CCA, and I love it! I literally never post reviews, but I thought it was necessary for here :)
