My daughter is currently in the infant room and we could not be happier! The room is always clean and the communication is great whether it is between the teachers or the administrators. She is always smiling at the end of the day. The teachers are great and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and happy. The director Ashley has been awesome and the assistant director, Samantha, has also been amazing. It’s extremely reassuring knowing my daughter is in a safe and caring environment.

Although the facility is nice and the directors are approachable, Clemson Creative is unfortunately not living up to its potential. My child attended from 2 months old until 12 months old, and during that time we experienced ongoing concerns with communication, inaccurate logging in the Procare app, and—most concerning—serious issues with bottle feeding. At first, we noticed the occasional untouched bottle at pick-up. Over time, however, the issue escalated to the point where our child went two consecutive Fridays without receiving any bottles at all. When I raised this with the director after the first incident, she admitted it was due to poor communication between teachers during a room transition. I was assured it would never happen again—yet the very next Friday, the same issue occurred. Upon reviewing video footage, the director confirmed that my child was never offered a bottle that day, only a water cup. We scheduled a sit-down meeting with the director and assistant director to discuss our concerns and were trying to be hopeful after a constructive conversation. They acknowledged several areas needing improvement but gave us the impression that stronger leadership, training, and accountability were lacking. While the rest of the week seemed better, the problems quickly resurfaced the next week after. For example, one day we sent three bottles, but only two were given, despite the app showing that all three had been fed. When questioned, the director reviewed footage once again and admitted a substitute teacher had logged bottles that weren’t actually fed. At that point, we had already lost trust in the assurances being made. The repeated false promises, lack of accountability, and neglect regarding something as basic as feeding a child were unacceptable. We ultimately gave notice and transitioned to a new daycare. The difference has been night and day—our current provider communicates clearly, keeps accurate logs, and most importantly, ensures our child is fed properly. Clemson Creative has potential, but without stronger leadership willing to enforce accountability and implement meaningful changes, I cannot recommend them. Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly advise parents to look elsewhere for childcare.

From a parent’s perspective this center is very nice and communicates well. They try and keep the school as clean as can be as a daycare lol. All the staff take the time to learn all the kids and they know both my kids by name. If there’s ever an issue, it gets resolved timely with communication to the director. I’ve enjoyed our time here so far!

This is an amazing facility. My child started attending here right when they first opened. He was around 8 months. The people here are caring and loving! They really communicate with parents, have excellent staff and teachers. I knew my child was always having fun, learning A LOT & most importantly in GREAT hands. They truly care and teach your children. In these years they have always had different events for families to attend as well. However, we know our little ones grow so fast and he is now starting school. I’m so grateful that he attended here all these years. My son really loved this place as well. He had great relationships with the teachers and loved them. I truly appreciate everyone here and we already miss them. This is an amazing place!

Clemson Creative Academy (CCA) has been sold since my original 5 star review. I have updated my review. Original is below: CCA is an amazing preschool! We have been taking our 2 boys to CCA since July 2020. My boy's LOVE to go to "school" every morning, even the weekends they want to go see their friends and have fun learning! I LOVE this pre-school as well! That’s not to say we haven’t had our misunderstandings. However, every time we have, one of the directors or the owner have been more then happy to communicate with me, regardless of who has the misunderstanding or who initiates the need for communication. It has been resolved immediately. They truly care about the kids as a whole person. They go above and beyond. The environment is safe, loving, and very educational. They do crafts, physical activity, and learn everyday. Just about every week, if not every week, they go outdoors to do an instructor lead activity, music, science including STEM, and more for the older rooms. They also do water days and bike days (age appropriate)…needless to say the quality of care is beyond anything else offered in Clemson and surrounding areas. They are worth every penny x10 and I’m beyond blessed to have them touch the lives of my children!
