  We started with CCA back in November after moving to the area. Our daughter started in the Red room with Miss Kaitlyn. We absolutely loved our time with Miss Kaitlyn. She was so caring with our daughter and I saw firsthand with drop offs and pick ups just how much she cares for the kids in her classroom. During our first few months we had a leadership change and I could sing the praises of Ashley Riddle forever! She completely transformed this place. We watched the communication, safety/enforcement of policies and general happiness of the staff all MAJORLY improve with her new leadership. We recently switched to the Orange room with Miss Allison and loved our experience there as well. She was always attentive to our daughter’s needs. We are sad to leave because of a move and we will miss CCA and all the teachers and staff so very much! This place has been such a blessing for us.

  We Feel They Gave Up on Our Son We sent our son (19 months old) to CCA from August-September 2022. During this time, he was going through a biting phase; we brought him to the pediatrician who assured us that there was nothing wrong medically and this was a completely normal developmental phase for his age group. This was not behavior we observed at home, and therefore we weren’t able to do anything disciplinary on our own. More importantly, at only 19 months old he was only still learning the difference between right and wrong. After a few incidents at CCA, one of the directors, Jaeda, reached out to us to schedule a meeting with our son’s teachers to discuss. This meeting ‘seemed’ to go well, and they agreed to provide extra support in the form of a shadow to help our son. They assured us that they did not think the situation would elevate beyond this; my wife and I left the meeting feeling positive, and in fact our son’s teachers told us in the following days that things were getting much better. This went very well for about a week… at which point the owner decided they would no longer provide the shadow support (unbeknownst to us at the time). Then, out of nowhere, we got a message saying that if there was another incident, we would face suspension or dismissal. They will tell you this is in line with their written rules, but it was contrary to the impression we got during our meeting with them (assuring us that they would keep working with our son). However, we were ultimately told that they “tried everything” and were “not sure how else to help at this point”. We were very surprised that a childcare facility was not willing (let alone able!) to deal with what was unfortunate, yet very common, toddler behavior. We removed our son from this facility and we felt that they gave up on him because he was “difficult”. We would not recommend this facility to anyone whose child might be a little different.

  We had two daughters at CCA for almost a year and our youngest still attends. We have been so impressed with the owner and entire staff. Our girls have learned so much and have loved their teachers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their children to attend.

  We absolutely love CCA. Our son has been enrolled here for over a year and I cannot rave on the staff, Andrea, Ann, and Jaeda enough! They keep an open line of communication with the parents and provide pictures of the little ones throughout the week. My son looks forward to “going to school” every morning and that itself speaks to just how amazing they are.
