These daycare workers are not taking care of these babies. This was recorded after I heard them for over half an hour. I am staying next door and heard and saw this from my window. It is terrible. I would never send my child here!! I will also be calling DHS or whatever it is called here in Rhode Island these workers yelled at me after I told them to get and take of the babies crying. I could also hear them screaming and barking at the children to do things inside the building. It is definitely not a place you want your children. Again I started filming after listening and watching for a long time giving them time to take care of these crying babies because I understand that with that many children one might cry for a while as other children are cared for, but this wasn’t the case. The two workers just kept talking to each other and barely watching the kids that were happy and ignoring any child who was crying or cold etc. The one by the door was only picked up after I yelled out my window telling to take care of the children and that I recorded them and would be reporting them. But it didn’t stop them from yelling at these young children about cleaning up the playground and shaming them for not wasting time while they stood and yelled for them to clean up all the toys. They didn’t help, they just yelled and barked orders again with kids crying because they needed to be held, were cold etc. This makes me so angry because so many moms are out working because they need to and they trust people to care for their children in a loving way. This was the opposite!!!!

Unfortunately you pay your babysitters to watch just your child more than this company pays its teachers to watch an entire classroom. The teacher turnaround rate through the years really reflects it. I hope these women get the respect and financial compensation they deserve.
