  Choosing to have our wedding at The Bohlin was the best decision we made during wedding planning. Not only it is a beautiful venue, but the communication and professionalism is really what sets them apart. From the moment I inquired with them up until the wedding day, they were timely with their responses and answered all of my never ending questions. We were assigned a specific coordinator who met with us to help design the wedding and go over the timeline, etc. We did not have an outside wedding planner so these things all seemed very overwhelming to us at the beginning but our worries were immediately eased when we met with our coordinator. From that moment on they really made the whole process seamless and handled so much of the planning process, including stuff I would have never thought of! They also took care of everything, including setting up decor and moving floral arrangements, on the wedding day for us. It’s truly because of the Bohlin staff that our wedding day went so smoothly and I felt like I didn’t have to think about a thing. After planning a wedding and attending many others this year, that is invaluable. The service at The Bohlin is also amazing. No lines at the bars, everyone’s food was brought out at the exact same time and they were great at accommodating allergies/etc. So many of our guests told us not only was it the best wedding they’ve been to but they commented on the amazing service AND the amazing food. Not just “good for wedding food” but genuinely good food. They also had a server who tended to us (bride and groom) the entire time with bringing us food and drinks. I can’t say enough good things about The Bohlin, we want one of our friends to get married here so we can experience it as guests! If you’re thinking about booking this venue, do it!

  Choosing The Bohlin in Newport was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The communication leading up to the big day was clear and responsive, and when the day finally came, the staff took care of every single detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The service and team were truly outstanding, professional, kind, and attentive to us and all of our guests. A special shoutout to our venue coordinator, Miranda Howayeck. She went above and beyond in every way, making sure everything was perfectly executed. Her calm, organized, and thoughtful approach made the entire experience stress-free, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re considering a Newport wedding, look no further. The Bohlin is not only a breathtaking venue but also comes with the most incredible team behind it. Truly unforgettable!
