Grandview Center is a 72-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Rhode Island. Our Center is staffed with healthcare professionals who attend to the variety of needs our patients require including Short Stay Rehabilitation, Long Term Care, Respite Care and Hospice Care. Our Transitional Care Unit is staffed by licensed nurses who provide complex medical care. Our Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy staff work closely with patients to help attain their highest level of functioning for a safe and successful transition home or to the most appropriate community setting. During the current pandemic, Grandview Center has added precautions to keep our current and incoming residents safe.
