  My mom is a resident there and moved from another assisted living facility. This community is very vibrant and active. The staff are caring and friendly. We are very happy with the recent move.

  Well I was very happy that they got my mom in very quickly when I needed them. But as she was there she went downhill fast. She gained almost 50 pounds and could barely walk by the time they kicked her. Not only did they kick her but they sent her to the hospital, and advised rehabilitation for a month. At the end of that month they told me they wouldn’t be accepting her back. So I was in the same predicament that I was in the beginning only she was much worse off than before. I’m absolutely appalled with the care she got and the way she was treated. Chapel hill is not a real memory unit they want easy patients.

  My mother has only been there a short time but helped so much in the transition. It was short notice and a holiday, and despite a horrible experience with a case worker at landmark medical center...they had a room, and dinner waiting for her. The executive director Courtney Fisher has been extremely helpful.

  i was coarsely directed with answer to my request to speak to my resident parent and given poor directions on www site and no mrelative available since they were present at comunnity i am considering law suit and disatisfied with all corespondences from staff at brookdale in cumberland ri on old diamond hill rd
