We have been at Learners to Leaders since the infant room and are now in Pre-K, and I truly cannot say enough about the teachers.
From our very first day, the infant teachers cared for our baby with so much love and attention. They made the hardest transition feel safe and reassuring. As we moved into the toddler room and now Pre-K, that same level of care, patience, and enthusiasm has never changed.
Every teacher we have had has been warm, attentive, and deeply invested in our child’s growth. They celebrate milestones, encourage independence, and create classrooms that are both structured and joyful. Our child feels confident, excited to learn, and genuinely happy to go to school each day.

I can’t say enough great things about this daycare. My daughter has been attending since she was an infant, and now my son just started in the infant room — and we have had nothing but amazing experiences with both of them.
First, I have to say that Mrs. Branda and Ms. Nikki in the infant room are absolutely amazing!! They’re so caring, professional, and so communicative. They’re so gentle and attentive, and they truly make the room feel like a second home. They have a calming presence and they truly care. When he’s upset they calm him down by rocking him and they want to know his specific schedule so they can go by it. Knowing he’s getting that kind of individualized care gives us so much peace of mind.
Also, Mrs. Wini in the pre-k room does an incredible job preparing the kids for kindergarten. She teaches meaningful lessons in such engaging, age-appropriate ways — from early literacy and math skills to social development and independence. My daughter has learned so much and comes home excited to share what she worked on that day.
I also want to highlight Mrs. Donna in the pre-school room, Gabby in the infant room, and Ms. Erica in the pre-k room. They’re all so incredibly caring and love all the children and want the best for them!
All the teachers that work there have been nothing but attentive, warm, patient, and truly care about each child. They take the time to understand their personalities and needs, and I always feel confident that my kids are safe, loved, and well cared for. Communication is excellent, the classrooms are clean and organized, and the staff goes above and beyond to make each day fun and nurturing.
Seeing how excited my daughter is to go each morning, and how comfortable my baby already feels in the infant room, means everything to us. We are so grateful to have found a place we trust with our children. Highly recommend!

unfortunately the experience at L2L was truly disappointing. my son originally was in the infant room where the teachers were amazing. this year he was moved up to toddlers and they hired a new teacher. my son is black/native american and was the only child in the room that was not caucasian. it began with reports from the teacher that he has "behavioral issues" and i should consider him getting assessed for any abnormalities. i asked for footage and they said no. no other teachers reported any pressing issues with my son other than this one teacher. this was an inappropriate accusation. i have a masters in behavior and although i'm his mother, i feel strongly i would've been the first one to notice. i addressed this with the director and it was resolved. a week or two later i was told that she was observed calling my child "violent" in her own words "because that's the kind of kid he is" i was absolutely appalled. i removed my child immediately and he is thriving at his daycare with ZERO reports of any maladaptive behavior. i do not recommend sending your child here if you have a toddler. this was a horrible experience for both my son and i... he’s only 2 years old…
