  I would not bring your loved ones here, some of the staff is very rude from the gm down to the aides.i have been left alone in the shower while aide went off to do something else.ive been locked outside on the terrace at night because the staff was too lazy to come out and check for people before locking the door. when pushing the call button for help aides have come ,reset the call button and turn around to leave without asking if I was okay. most recently the med tech did not read my prescription chart and put in 3 times the prescribed amount in my cup.had I not noticed the over dosage my well being may have been at risk .staff response was weak with a lame apology.the gm has called me a mean and angry person because i was frustrated over these and numerous other problems

  I have been a resident at Merrill Gardens since June, and one of the things that attracted me was the option to have common areas and spaces such as the game room to use when my family comes to visit. This December I was able to host my extended family of 20+ adults plus a dozen or so kids. Everyone had a great time, and we really appreciate Merrill Gardens making that a possibility.

  While looking for a place for my dad I visited a number of places but stopped looking when I visited Merrill Gardens. I met with Alyssa Dolan, their Community Relations Director, and she was wonderful at making me feel welcome and giving me a tour of everything Merrill Gardens has to offer, which is a lot! We had to get a bridge loan to get my dad in quickly and everyone from Alyssa to their corporate employees worked with me and the loan company to make things happen when they needed to. Perhaps the most important and satisfying thing is how much the employees care about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure my dad is treated well and that I am informed of any changes with my dad’s health and well being. I would highly recommend visiting Merrill Gardens and meeting with Alyssa Dolan if you or a loved one are searching for an assisted living facility.

  I recently visited and had a tour with Alyssa Dolan. From my phone call to schedule the visit she was so warm and personable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every one of them. Her suggestions on how to have the hard conversation with my mom made me feel so much better. The community is beautiful, staff all seemed so friendly. Alyssa truly loves her community and it shows.

  Our experience with community relations and nursing was amazing, especially Alyssa D. She was very responsive and helpful to me while getting a patient from Delaware to their facility in PA. She answered all my questions quickly, they assessed in a very timely manner and made the entire admission process seamless. We are so thankful that we had such a great experience and look forward to working with them in the future
