  How sad to be among the many families that have probably been deceived by this company. In July 2024, my mom and I had the painstaking task of choosing and headstone for my father and all the things that go with it we made that difficult decision and we were told that The headstone will be ready in 6 to 8 weeks, but that didn’t happen. Then I took an extensive time for them to even contact them graveyard to tell them what size to make the footer. I don’t think they ever actually engrave the headstone because there was so many excuses after the footer was put that they said they would install and did not. We would be told they were installing, but then they would say oh we ran out of time today we had other headstones we had to install today Many other headstones to install, Then they would reschedule and then they would just disappear Without a contract without any contact and then all of a sudden Many emails and phone calls they would say oh yeah Tuesday or Wednesday or this day or that day it was literally never There were everything from traffic jams to family tragedies to the last Would be the trees multiple trees fell through their building and damaged trucks and granite and everything and oh wow after a week of silence and miraculously my father’s headstone was Was said to be damaged. I asked them if I could see the headstone Would send me a picture it would not send me a picture even if this headstone they supposedly in gray, but The headstone that was still sitting in their front yard In front the One that we had originally picked. That 15 months of wasting our time and getting our hopes up and having repeated story stories that were so grand and interesting and terrible that these are things that possible fiction novels are written of I hope that those things are not true however, even if you’re having the worst time, you usually still have to do your job and this is not something that they ever did. Finally just to stop the torture we let them know that since they couldn’t send one picture of the headstone to just refund the money that we had deposited this however, is not even reasonable or fair since now after a year and a half prices are much higher, we have to go back through the pain staking process of picking a stone. Only this time that stone has to fit the footer that has already been poured into the Cemetery so I would highly recommend not using this company because they’re not trustworthy, you will be tortured by them. I don’t even know how many families have had this horrifying effect how many families out there and I don’t know why and I really feel bad to even put this comment out there but for anyone looking for a headstone, that doesn’t want a bunch of lies and time robbed from them, but then they have to turn around after years and try and find another headstone with cost increases, and everything else that you can’t even imagine With all the tariffs how much more headstones are so do yourself a favor and try your hardest to find a reputable company one that gives you a contract that actually outlines expected installation date, list of rain dates and possibilities for anything that could happen within reason, but this was terrible. They broke my mom‘s heart and for that I don’t know what could be done and honestly, my father was a great man. He was a really good guy. He was a veteran and he deserved better than the treatment because he mattered, he mattered to us

  December 2025 will mark one year since my father’s passing. A few months ago, we reached out to your company and purchased a headstone for him. While we have received pictures of the completed headstone, it has still not been installed. This ongoing delay has been extremely difficult for my family as we continue to grieve. We were promised timely completion and installation, yet we have not received what we paid for. At this point, I am asking for immediate resolution—installation of the headstone as agreed—before I am forced to pursue this matter further through civil channels.

  I visited the Granite Co. and purchased a stone marker to be placed on a local grave in a local cemetary . During the process we ran into a bit of a problem but it was handled very well and professionally. I will absolutely see them again if I need to purchase any more stones.
