  June 30, 2008, I had my daughter's memorial service. She was a stillborn. Her name was Caitlyn Hindenach. They allowed my family to have an hour or so to have a service there free of charge. These people are very giving and understanding! Almost 18 years later and I still think of the compassion they had for me and my family with my daughter. They probably don't remember me, but I sure remember them. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart. If I didn't live in Bismarck, ND, and lived in Philly, I would want my memorial service with them.

  I have only great things to say about the Koller Home. We set the funeral for fewer than 48 hrs after our first meeting. Koller prepared and presented everything on time from the Home to the Church service to the Cemetery; and with the class and dignity our mother deserved. The staff with Kate at the helm were friendly and down to earth. They helped us keep the cost down and the price very reasonable. Without hesitation would I recommend Koller to anyone in need of their services.

  Several years ago ,my wife and I visited Koller's to prearrange our services. We did so in order to make things easier for the survivor in a difficult moment. When my wife passed two years ago I went to Koller's with her daughter to make the plans. It was so much easier for both of us. Her daughter was able to know exactly what her mother's wishes were. What a comforting experience. Now when the time comes my children need only to contact them and review my wishes. No decisions to make at a difficult time. Ed Campbell
