From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and communicative. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, bright, and filled with toys and activities, including a playground my daughter absolutely loved and still talks about! As an added bonus, there's free 20 minute drop off parking directly in front. My little one is usually very shy and was understandably upset when I dropped her off, but the staff handled it with such compassion. A few hours later, I received a thoughtful phone call letting me know she had settled in and was happily playing with new friends. That call meant the world to me and really eased my mind. By the end of her time there, she didn’t want to leave—and was actually sad she couldn’t go back the next day. That says everything. I’m so grateful we had the chance to experience this wonderful daycare, even for just a few days! We will absolutely return. Thank you BH at Philadelphia Cathedral!
