My daughter attended this daycare for almost three months, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. The environment is bright, well-organized, and full of engaging activities for the children. My daughter especially loved the outdoor play area and often talked about it at home. The short-term parking right out front also made drop-off incredibly convenient.
She is typically quite reserved and often became upset during drop-off, but the teachers handled those moments with patience and kindness. A few hours later, they would email the snapshot to let me know she had settled in and was happily playing with other children—a thoughtful gesture that always put me at ease.
By the time I picked her up, she was usually having so much fun that she didn’t want to leave and often asked if she could come back the next day. That reaction alone speaks volumes. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Thank you to the team at BH at Philadelphia Cathedral!

The Director of this center is absolutely unreliable. Every time I call in the afternoon, she is never there. I’m told she always leaves early and the staff cannot depend on her.

We recently visited this facility, and I was impressed by the manager’s warm and professional demeanor. She invested time in explaining everything thoroughly, making us feel at ease and well-informed. The entire team demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to their work, which truly distinguishes them. I wholeheartedly recommend taking a tour; it’s a remarkable experience!

This is a very horrible and highly expensive mediocre child care! Do not send your kids there!
They have 2 teachers in my child class and they put my child who just turn 3 not even 2 months ago in a class with 4 and 5 year old kids, who can out ran the smaller kids and are more conscience about their surroundings than younger kids.
My child went there and on the second day of school my child was pushed on the concrete wall by a 5 year old kid which resulted to a big scrape on my childs face. And to make matters worst there were blood coming out of the scrape and it was not a small wound it was big enough to recognized it from my child's face from two blocks away. They had the nerves to slapped a big bandaid on it rather than clean it and let it air dry.
When i went to pick my chld up i was informed that a 5 year old push my child against the concrete wall on their roof top playground. But they didn't give me the report and the next day when i asked for the report they changed their story on the report stating that my small 3 year old was wrestling with a 5 year old. Which was a big fat lie!
If im paying you all that money to take care of my child for a few hours in the day you better make sure nothing happened while my child is in your care!
And i have watched them from the window on how they handled my child. One morning my kid was dropped to school and i personally opened a yogurt so my baby can eat but as soon as walked out and went to the window to watch them. That one spanish looking guy picked up the yogurt while my baby was eating it and tossed it in the trash and my baby was crying really hard and they just ignored my baby and kept cleaning the table and made a circle on the other side of the room to read with the other kids and completely ignored my baby's cry and that really broke my heart. To me that's child neglect and abuse. You don't rush small kids into doing things on your term/schedule especially when they are eating. You should be on my childs schedule and not the other way around since I'm paying you to cater to my baby! I should've known something was wrong because for that short period of time my baby was going there, every morning my child would cry uncontrollably when get dropped off at that school. And my child is always happy to go to day care. But that daycare took that happiness away from my baby! After two incidents in a short period of time I've i decided that was not a place for my baby to be!
Do yourself a favor save your kids happiness because they get neglected at that place, its all about the money!
