  When I lost my soulmate 💔 my husband unexpectedly during our vacation in Mexico in February Sean Truby went above and beyond to help me. I was so overwhelmed and heartbroken. He took charge of working with the Mexican government and the Consulate to get my husband home to our family. Sean has remained as a friend and constant source of support to me during times that I didn't think I could go on. He is a Godsend.

  Exceptional Care and Compassion During a Difficult Time. Our family recently worked with Burket-Truby Funeral Home to honor our father’s passing, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service we received. From the moment we began planning, Sean Truby, Nicole Shea, and their entire team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. I traveled from Houston, TX to be part of the arrangements, and over the course of two weeks, they supported us every step of the way. One particularly touching moment was seeing my father’s welcome screen displayed on their front porch in Oakmont, PA—three days before the service. It was unexpected and deeply moving. On the day of the funeral, their support continued seamlessly—from the viewing, to the church service, and finally at the cemetery. Every part of the process was handled with care and respect, making a difficult day feel comforting and meaningful. If you’re looking for a funeral home that treats your loved one and your family with dignity, compassion, and professionalism, Burket-Truby is truly outstanding. We are forever grateful.

  Sean was absolutely amazing to work with during such a hard time. He was able to make sure my mom's wishes to be cremated were able to happen. I'm so grateful that I used them for my precious mom who passed so unexpectedly. She's resting in peace now.

  I am so grateful to Sean for organizing my husband’s funeral. He took care of all of the arrangements and the military service was beautiful. Sister Lynn Miller gave a wonderful eulogy both at the funeral home and the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. With much appreciation. The Teague Family

  They truly went out of there way to help family In everyway as possible to help you get through everything. I'm happy to say I'm glad my husband viewing up there was great they went out of the way help me they did. Best funeral home ever Thanks for everything you did for me and my family.
