  They are fantastic. My granddaughter lost her Lilly her cat. They made her feel so much better. I am so glad we went there. ❤️❤️❤️

  Wonderful, wonderful people. My household was recommended them when we had a sudden pet death last year (2024), they were great & we had no hesitation in calling them back when our elderly cat passed away last month (07/2025). They have been kind, courteous, patient, & compassionate throughout the process & I & my household hold them in high regard.

  Well, let’s just start by saying if you love your pet / Family member at all, I would NOT recommend using this place. Upon loosing our pet we called to make arrangements for cremation & from the beginning it was not good……. Not once we’re the words “I’m sorry for your loss”, spoken, not once was there a moment of sympathy, not once was there any compassion for the situation at hand. I mean we lost a part of our family, and not one time we’re we me made to feel comfortable, at ease, consoled, nothing…….. the order was taken & even that wasn’t handled correctly. I was rushed to give the information, given the wrong information back, basically was pushed off the phone. Upon picking our family member up, the urn we ordered was incorrect, wasn’t even in one tbh w you. Was some piece of white plastic, like what am I do do with this???? They said, “you didn’t order one”. Ah, yes we did!! From there let’s just say the rest of the experience went down hill quickly………. I had, had enough & was extremely upset, mad, disgusted with this place. If this is how we’re treated as clients, imagine how our poor family members are treated……. I will continue to use my vet but will never go back here. I will take our future family members myself to somewhere with a touch more care, class & compassion.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. From communication via email to in person was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very sensitive and compassionate. Service was done within a few days. I also received a very thoughtful card in the mail afterwards.

  Kind, patient, knowledgeable staff. They made a difficult time a little easier. This was my first time having a pet cremated, Michelle was very helpful. She put my mind at ease the moment she talked to me and explained everything. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and understand. Definitely recommend their services.
