Harmony Companion Home Care

Harmony Companion Home Care is a non-medical home care agency located in West Chester PA and provides services to the greater Philadelphia area and the surrounding counties. We specialize in providing care to clients in their homes with dignity, compassion, caring and efficiency. We are a State licensed agency and our caregivers have multiple years of experience in the field. We are Medicaid approved and provide services under all waiver systems. Management is directly involved in the introduction of the agency to the potential client, care plan assessment, selection of a caregiver that best fit the needs of the client, the initial introduction of the caregiver to the client and all follow ups with respect to changes in the schedule or caregivers.
