  My mom was in the memory care for 18 months and the care was terrible!....The unit always smelled like urine... The floor in her room was dirty and sticky....Communication between family and staff was awful

  Although it did not workout for Mom, I will say I haven’t been so impressed by all involved in quite sometime. From my first contact with Kim Braccia I felt at ease knowing she had the expertise and knowledge to assist me with a difficult situation.. I would highly recommend Traditions on that alone but I can also say the facility is beautiful, clean and for the betterment of the guests. When it is my turn I can only hope that Traditions of Lansdale is still there. I give it a 10+!

  My grandma has been here for a few months and she loves it. It was really important for us to find a place for her with a warm environment, friendly people, and the care that she needs. The staff is very helpful and will guide you through the process step by step. FYI- this is my grandmas fourth assisted living home and it is by far the best. I feel confident and reassured that her developing dementia is in the hands of TOL’s amazing memory care team.
