They have been my father’s home healthcare provider for the past couple of years, and the care and service he receives are consistently impeccable. Whenever we call with questions or concerns, they always respond promptly. Everyone we’ve interacted with, from the person who answers the phone to the triage nurses, is caring, polite, and genuinely helpful. The medical professionals they send to the home truly care about my father as a person, not just a patient. Lauren, the nurse practitioner who cares for my father, is absolutely amazing. She is compassionate, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and well cared for. Having access to important medical checkups without needing to leave the house has been such a gift and a huge relief for my dad. I would wholeheartedly recommend Harmony Cares to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate home healthcare company.

We had our first appointment today and NP Lauren took her time, was kind and competent, did a full review of mom - not just a follow up on her one issue and she answered our “bunches” of questions. She treated my mom with respect and helped to ease her fears. As she left we feel extremely confident and hopeful in having a strong plan of action to move forward with.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and many other insurances. Our patient representatives will verify your benefit coverage as part of the new patient registration process.
Does insurance cover in-home care?
Medicare and Medicaid insurance will cover in home care for those patients who qualify. Medicare will cover 80% of the allowed amount with the other 20% billed to the patient’s secondary insurer, the same as the physician’s office.
How quickly can I get a doctors visit?
For new patients, home visits can typically be scheduled within 3-5 business days of completing the registration process.
What if I need an urgent appointment?
Our mobile health care services prevent many urgent needs by seeing patients on an appropriate follow-up basis. When needed, we can usually get to your home for urgent needs within 2 business days.
What services do you offer?
We offer many of the same health care services you would receive in a doctor’s office setting including physical examinations, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound studies.
Do you offer emergency visits?
Contact your doctor at any time; we will schedule a sick visit within 24 to 48 hours. However, if it is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances HarmonyCares Medical Group will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. HarmonyCares Medical Group will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What are your hours of operations?
HarmonyCares Medical Group Providers generally make house calls between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Our clinically trained staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
