- NZNicolette ZidikJul 4, 20251.0I have taken quite some time to process our time at Bright Horizons prior to writing this review. My overall advice to any parent is to spend the extra money and go elsewhere. During our time taking our infant son to this daycare, we encountered multiple safety concerns that were not taken seriously by management. The staff is simply unprofessional, will call you to pick up your child for inappropriate reasons and tell you they cannot console your child if needed because it is "group care". There are constant staffing issues, and you will also receive frequent requests to keep your child home for money credit. After multiple discussions with management our last safety event was enough for us. As a healthcare provider who works in Pediatrics, again, management blew off our concerns. After multiple injuries inconsistent with our son's age and stage of development, we pulled him from this daycare. He started THRIVING in his new daycare and started reaching all the milestones he was behind on previously. My recommendation for any parent is to spend the extra money and go elsewhere, for peace of mind and overall well-being of your child.

The teachers welcome her warmly. She is excited to go to school. The daycare directors, Karin & Amanda, do an amazing job leading the facility.
