- BGB GFeb 25, 20265.0My husband is a resident in the memory care unit at The Birches. I really can't say enough good things about his experience there. I truly appreciate the staff, and from the very first day, welcomed my husband into their community family. My husband, Joe, is a "foodie". He loves the meals that are served. The Birches is very clean and the residents have so many activities to choose from every day. Each Wednesday there is a day trip that can be signed up for. Casino, restaurant, shopping, candy factory, you name it, they go! Thank you all at the Birches who work so hard to make my husband's and the rest of the residents' lives comfortable and happy.

As one of the many vendors visiting, every contact with an employee has been nothing short of gracious. Professional and courteous every time. The team is outstanding. I've never seen an unhappy resident, doesn't that speaks volumes!!! Treat yourself and visit this community!!

My favorite is the now former RCD praising the “nursing team” at a time when there wasn’t a nurse employed in the building. You have a former corporate employee writing a review as if he was shopping for a community for a relative. So if you are looking for a community for your loved one I would implore you to think about this; if they are this deceptive in “padding” their reviews do you feel as if they are trustworthy and honorable enough to care for your loved one?
