  Birches Adult Living Facility is a place where you want your loved ones to spend the rest of there earthly lives. Two years ago I met an angel (Jillian) at Birches. They were just opening and I was looking for a potential placement for my elderly uncle. It wasn’t need in 2024 but, Jillian stayed in touch with me every quarter to see how my uncle was doing. Due to circumstances beyond our control. We now needed a memory care facility. He landed at Birches last week and they immediately engaged my uncle in activities while we set up his room We viewed several facilities and I believe that Birches has everything that even the more expensive and more recognized Adult Living Facilities don’t possess. The administration and staff do possess the qualities of leadership, competence and compassion, just what you would want your loved ones to experience in their final days on earth.

  Beautiful place for those only independent care. Not a place if care is needed. Level of care sucks. High turn over rate for employees. Even employees stated not good.

  The Birches is one of the newest communities in the Lehigh Valley offering top rate senior living. I have worked with Jillian Berry for many years on various projects. The staff are very dedicated to making sure the comfort of their residents is their priority. They make the community feel like home!!

  Encountered an unprofessional staff today. This woman is a disgrace to your facilty. The behavior of this woman was actually done in front of the executive director. I am considering getting legal help for deformation of character.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Birches. The staff provided outstanding care for my grandmother during her time there, especially as she transitioned to hospice. They were attentive, gentle, and incredibly supportive, not only to her but to our entire family. The facility was always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, creating a warm environment that felt like home. A special thank-you goes to April, the Executive Director, who was always available and willing to answer every question or concern I had. Her compassion, communication, and dedication gave our family tremendous peace of mind. Knowing that she truly cared made all the difference during such a difficult time. What stood out most was how accommodating and understanding everyone was. They responded promptly to every need and ensured my grandmother’s comfort and dignity were always the top priority. I am deeply grateful for the love and compassion shown to her in her final days. This care home is a true blessing, and I would highly recommend it to any family seeking a place where their loved one will be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
