  The Birches is one of the newest communities in the Lehigh Valley offering top rate senior living. I have worked with Jillian Berry for many years on various projects. The staff are very dedicated to making sure the comfort of their residents is their priority. They make the community feel like home!!

  Encountered an unprofessional staff today. This woman is a disgrace to your facilty. The behavior of this woman was actually done in front of the executive director. I am considering getting legal help for deformation of character.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Birches. The staff provided outstanding care for my grandmother during her time there, especially as she transitioned to hospice. They were attentive, gentle, and incredibly supportive, not only to her but to our entire family. The facility was always clean, peaceful, and welcoming, creating a warm environment that felt like home. A special thank-you goes to April, the Executive Director, who was always available and willing to answer every question or concern I had. Her compassion, communication, and dedication gave our family tremendous peace of mind. Knowing that she truly cared made all the difference during such a difficult time. What stood out most was how accommodating and understanding everyone was. They responded promptly to every need and ensured my grandmother’s comfort and dignity were always the top priority. I am deeply grateful for the love and compassion shown to her in her final days. This care home is a true blessing, and I would highly recommend it to any family seeking a place where their loved one will be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  As a health care provider, I have attempted to contact this facility multiple times about the same patient. I have called multiple different numbers to no avail. I am not sure what it is like for residents on a day-to-day basis, but as far as health care is concerned, there is no reason why we cannot get in touch with someone to discuss patient care. This is unacceptable on every single level. Would strongly not recommend sending a loved one with any complex health issues to this facility. Edit to add I was contacted by the regional director and he put all my worries aside. As a medical professional this is something that you want to see. Schedule a tour see the new administration and see what you can provide for your family members
