  When you need family to help place your family... Jennifer is one in a million. I worked in senior living for over three decades and have seen firsthand how the industry has changed. It was with a welcome relief to have met Jennifer to help get my parents in the right new HOME! I didn't want a "facility". I wanted a place I knew they would be well taken care of and Jennifer had a place in less than 24 hours! THAT is something...let me tell you. She is kind, considerate, responsive, insightful, I could go on and on. Even on the phone she has a calming way about her that I knew immediately we were in the right hands. In a time where just getting a return phone call can be a struggle, Jennifer goes that extra mile. She was able to coordinate doctor information, care, a new home, etc. Even though I was very familiar with the process and expected to do many things on my own...she stepped right in and handled things as if it was her own family, she was doing things for. I can't thank her enough in everything she has done as well as her kindness and patience in helping my family though a very emotional time. Truly, one in a million! (I think my family is adopting her!) Greg and Family!

  After unsuccessfully spending weeks searching for the best senior living option for my significant other other and myself, we decided to try Senior Care Authority to assist us in our search for an independent senior living residence that would best meet our needs. It was the best decision we could have made. I 100 percent recommend Senior Care Authority to eliminate stress and assure success when searching for the best senior living options. Within a week of consulting with Cara and Kathy at Senior Care Care Authority in Pittsburgh, we were able to find the perfect place to call home. Cara and Kathy were delightful to work with. We were impressed with their professional knowledge and expertise in this field. We met with them several times times to discuss our preferences and they set up and accompanied us to several residences. They knew the questions to ask as they had previously helped place clients at several of the facilities and helped direct us to places that would best meet our personal preferences and where we would best thrive. I appreciate how they followed up with us and went out of their way to assure we were completely satisfied After feeling overwhelmed with our upcoming move, we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and successful experience.
